We make ourselves available for after hours communication, and emergency calls. Appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.
Most Insurance Accepted
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. We are currently not accepting Washington State Apple Health.
We are also pleased to provide CareCredit which is a plan specifically designed to provide more payment options specific to each patients situation. There is a plan to fit almost every need with a wide range of NO interest plans and low interest payment plan options. If interested in CareCredit or other payment options, please talk with our office manager.
New Patients Forms
For added convenience, you can print out and complete our new patient forms at home before visiting the dental office. Although it's not required, bringing completed forms with you will save time and help make your first appointment fast and easy.
Bring your completed forms with you (or fax them to us at 509 464-1152 prior to your visit) and make your first dental appointment as smooth as possible. If you have any problems with the forms, simply call our office and we will gladly send or fax them to you.
